Key Responsibilities
- Register patients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and general patient correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist with billing, payment collection, and insurance claims administration.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Dispense medications and explain medication instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Assist the doctor during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures when required.
- Chaperone patients during examinations while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and privacy.
- Coordinate laboratory tests, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage and monitor inventory of medications and medical supplies.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and attend to patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service environment is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage patients professionally and empathetically.
